Later on in 2001 he turned this small group into the GTU (IBM Global Technology Unit) to capture for IBM the Israel high-tech opportunity and make it global. In 2008 he developed in HP the same concept under the name ITD (International Technology District) to better associate HP with the Israeli startups. In 2002 he was deeply involved in the acquisition and integration on PWCC with IBM Global Services in Europe and acquired extensive experience in M&A processes that later on became even deeper at HP with the integrations of Mercury Interactive, EDS, 3COM and NUR Macroprinters. Joshua holds an MBA and a BA in Economics and business management (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.
