Waybill handles procurement and inventory for engineering-driven hardware teams. Teams send us their part, spec, or BOM. We source the component, collect and compare quotes, route approvals, handle payment, manage freight and customs, track the shipments, and update your inventory. All the painful, manual procurement ops a hardware company wastes time on are now offloaded to us.

We're based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and will stay based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Most of our early users are in India, and our team is already here. Gurugram is the right place for us to be close to customers and suppliers, and to build the kind of local ops muscle this problem demands.
