We built Tower to speed up M&A due diligence. It centralizes and automates the messy, document-heavy workflows deal teams run through, using AI to highlight issues earlier and keep everyone organized. This helps transactions close faster by cutting down the manual work and chaos of traditional due diligence.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, where the company is based now and will stay after YC.

San Francisco is where our target users - lawyers and deal teams - are mostly located and where we can connect with investors and other startups building in LegalTech and AI.
