Discovering drugs that target the DNA regulome

We built a platform that discovers drugs targeting genome regulators that were previously considered undruggable. Instead of using artificial systems where these proteins don't behave normally, our technology profiles drug effects on the regulome directly in living human cells. We combine automated cell processing, next-gen proteomics, and data analytics to measure a drug's impact on the entire regulome in one experiment.

We live and work in Seattle, WA, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.
