Helpers recruiters use employee networks to hire

We built a recruiting tool combined with a human service that helps companies tap their existing employees' networks to find candidates. Instead of just posting jobs online or relying solely on recruiters, StrongIntro makes the whole company a source of hires by surfacing referrals thoughtfully. Our product tightly integrates software to map and manage employee networks alongside a human approach to screening and outreach, aiming to reduce time and improve quality in hiring.

We live and work in San Francisco, and after YC we plan to keep the company based here to stay close to our users and the talent ecosystem.

San Francisco has the most active recruiting and startup scene, so it's where we're closest to our early users and where hiring pain is most acute. It helps us iterate quickly and meet customers face-to-face.
