We built Sorce, a job marketplace where candidates swipe through jobs like on Tinder. When they swipe right, AI automatically applies on their behalf, handling resumes and cover letters. This lets job seekers apply to more jobs faster without spending hours crafting applications.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in San Francisco, CA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where our team is based and where we have access to talent and investors focused on AI and HR tech. Being here keeps us close to users and partners in the HR space.
