What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Risotto to automate IT support requests around software access. It lets IT teams grant, limit, or revoke software permissions by time, serve knowledge base answers, and get approval from managers - all through chat with natural language commands. The goal is to cut down on repeated manual work, speed up resolution, and reduce unnecessary SaaS spend while improving security.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and remote locations; the company will remain based in SF after YC.

The founding team is mostly in San Francisco or remote, and SF offers access to enterprise customers and talented engineers essential for building and selling Risotto.
