We build Overfit, a platform that combines a human coach for workout accountability with AI-generated personalized workout plans. Users get tailored fitness routines that adapt to their progress and preferences, supported by a real person to keep them motivated and consistent.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Mountain View, CA, and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Mountain View has strong access to AI talent and a community of early adopters interested in fitness technology. Being here helps us build and test quickly with motivated users.
