This helps support teams scale quickly while improving response speed and accuracy.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work distributed: San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and remote. After YC, we plan to remain distributed to access diverse talent and stay close to key customers on the West Coast.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our team naturally formed across SF, Sunnyvale, and remotely. This distribution lets us hire talent without relocating and remain close to a network of fast-growing tech companies on the West Coast, our main market.
