We build a platform that lets companies hire international workers without creating local entities, while giving those workers access to USD accounts. It handles employment contracts, compliance, payroll, and payments across borders, all in one place.

We live in Miami, FL, and the company is based there with a remote team.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Miami offers strong access to Latin American talent and markets, which is where our initial demand comes from, plus it's a growing tech hub with lower cost than other U.S. cities. Our team works remotely across regions but anchors in Miami.
