What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We make organic, gourmet meals designed around longevity research. Each meal has 40-60g of protein from nutrient-dense sources like grass-fed meat or wild-caught fish, with organic produce, no processed ingredients or refined sugars, cooked in olive oil, packaged in reusable glass jars. Our product targets people who want convenient, high-quality nutrition that supports long-term health.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Jose, CA, and the company is based here with our operations and kitchen facilities.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We base Locale in San Jose because it's close to our team and key suppliers, which makes sourcing organic, pasture-raised ingredients easier. Being local lets us maintain tight control of quality and distribution as we scale.
