What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a two-sided job marketplace focused on Southeast Asia. Employers use Kalibrr to find and hire high-skill white collar talent, mostly in the Philippines and Indonesia. Job seekers create profiles and apply to jobs. Our platform makes it possible to recruit remote sales, product, engineering, and design teams quickly, without the usual hiring friction.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Makati, NCR, Philippines and the company is based here. After YC, we'll continue to base the company here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

The Philippines is our main market and a large part of our talent pool is local. Staying in Makati keeps us close to our users and talent, and lets us build the business where it matters most.
