Inspectify is a platform that connects home inspectors, real estate professionals, and home buyers. It streamlines the inspection process, making inspectors more effective and home inspections more engaging and valuable for buyers. We built tools to improve the workflow and reporting in an industry that has seen little innovation.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Seattle, WA, and after YC, the company would remain based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Seattle has a strong technical talent pool and a growing real estate market, which fits our team and product focus well. It's also where the founders are based and where we have existing traction.
