We are building a platform for managers and teams to improve performance and growth through tools like Goal Management, Performance Check-ins, 1:1 meetings, 360 reviews, real-time feedback, and coaching. Our product helps managers create clearer direction and enables continuous feedback exchange to improve team effectiveness.
We live and work in Amsterdam, NH, Netherlands, and after YC the company would remain based there.
We are based in Amsterdam, which is where our founding team lives and works. We want to keep building from here to maintain our close collaboration and local presence in the HR tech space.
