What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an AI voice system that handles complicated phone calls for healthcare providers. It navigates complex phone menus, reduces hold times, and completes tasks like verifying provider information, updating insurance details, and securing approvals. Our product works as a web app, mobile app, and via API, letting clinics and health systems automate tedious call workflows that waste staff time.

We live in San Francisco, and after YC the company would remain based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where the team lives and where we have access to healthcare industry contacts and AI talent. It's a good hub for building and scaling a voice AI product aimed at US healthcare.
