We built boitas.com as a B2B Food Service platform that lets restaurants, hotels, and cafeterias order all their supplies in one place, either on mobile or desktop. We focused on making the process easier and faster for these businesses to restock food service products without juggling multiple suppliers or phone calls.
We live and operate in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico, and after YC we plan to keep the company based here to stay close to the core market and our team.
Monterrey is where we know the food service market best, and it's our home. Staying here keeps us connected with our customers and partners in Latin America, which is key since the platform serves SMB restaurants and hotels in the region.
