We built a platform that combines human expertise with data analytics to help startups and scale-ups solve people-related challenges. Our software surfaces real-time actionable insights so organizations can build better culture, hire smart, and lead effectively without guesswork or constant worrying.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Copenhagen, Denmark and the company is based here. Post-YC we plan to stay here, continuing to grow our team locally while serving customers globally.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Copenhagen has a strong tech and startup community, which suits our small but growing team. We're already embedded here and believe we can build internationally from Denmark while keeping our roots in place.
