Women Who Code (WWCode) is an international nonprofit dedicated to empowering diverse women to excel in technology careers. WWCode is building a world where diverse women and historically excluded people thrive at every level. The organization has executed more than 15,000 free events around the world, garnered a membership exceeding 320,000, and delivers programming to members in 147 countries. What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We run a global nonprofit that connects diverse women in tech through free events, programs, and a job board. Our platform supports skill-building and leadership development at every career stage, helping women advance and thrive in technology.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in and operate from Atlanta, GA and remote locations, and would maintain this hybrid base after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Tech talent is distributed globally and our members are in over 140 countries. Keeping a remote and Atlanta base lets us serve our worldwide community without losing focus or increasing overhead.
