What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We made an AI-powered helpdesk that lives inside Slack. It automates creating and resolving tickets right from Slack channels, so IT, HR, and customer experience teams don't have to switch apps or manually triage issues. The AI handles common requests and frees teams to focus on tougher problems.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in New York, NY and the company will remain here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We work closely with teams based in large companies here, and New York gives us access to customers and talent we want to build the product with. We're all located here now, so it's natural to keep the company here.
