We built TraceRoot to provide an open-source observability and self-healing layer for AI agents. It captures detailed traces from AI workflows and uses AI to debug problems by understanding your source code and GitHub history. This helps engineering and product teams catch and fix issues faster in AI-driven applications.

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

San Francisco is where we live and where most early AI and developer tool users are. Staying here keeps us close to our community and potential partners.
