What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that connects high-growth tech startups with a community of over 150k software engineers. It combines education through online courses and live discussions led by industry leaders with hiring tools that help companies source and get actionable feedback on candidates. This way, startups can hire engineers who will grow with them without burning months of recruiting effort.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Redwood City, CA, and the company is based here now and would remain here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're in Redwood City because that's where our team lives and where many early user startups are. Staying here keeps us close to our customers and the engineering talent we serve.
