We're building protein therapeutics that detect their location inside the body and activate only at diseased tissue. That allows us to widen the therapeutic window of potent drugs that would otherwise harm healthy cells. Our initial focus is on applications in cancer and autoimmune diseases.
We live in Boston, MA, and plan to base the company here after YC as well.
Boston has a strong biotech ecosystem and access to labs and talent we need to develop synthetic biology therapeutics. This proximity is critical for both research and recruiting.
