Sycamore lets companies quickly add a delivery driver by connecting them to contractors with clear earnings info. The product is a marketplace that helps companies staff delivery shifts on-demand, and contractors pick jobs that maximize their pay.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We don't have a fixed location now. After YC, we plan to be wherever needed to grow the business, likely remote or a startup hub.

We prioritize flexibility to find the best talent and opportunities. Being location-independent lets us focus on shipping and customer feedback.
