What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Supertone to make it easy for musicians to find and share samples with others around the world. Our product is a platform where musicians can upload, browse, and exchange sound samples to collaborate remotely and inspire new music.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and are a remote team, but the company would be based in San Francisco after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we live and work, and it's where most of our network and potential early users are. Being here puts us close to the music tech scene and other startups focused on creative tools.
