We make affordable, clean, and sustainable plant-based dairy products using patented process engineering. Our product recreates staple dairy foods with the taste and texture people expect, without animals or added chemicals.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Oakland, CA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Oakland is where we have built our technical expertise and connections to local food tech innovators. Being here keeps us close to suppliers and pilot facilities needed for our process.
