Optimization-as-a-Service for tuning models

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an API-based platform that plugs into any research or production pipeline. It runs an ensemble of optimization algorithms in the cloud to tune hyperparameters, models, and complex experiments automatically. Companies in insurance, credit cards, algorithmic trading, and CPG use us to improve their ML models and decision systems without rebuilding their stacks.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, and the company is based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco lets us recruit data scientists and engineers familiar with AI and SaaS. It also puts us close to early enterprise customers and investors focused on machine learning infrastructure.
