We build an AI-powered platform that generates technical reports for engineering and environmental reviews in construction projects. Our product automates complex report writing across areas like transportation, air quality, noise, flood risk, and environmental review, handling local regulatory requirements in the US and UK. This saves consultants time on tedious, manual report generation tasks.

We live and work in London, United Kingdom, and after YC the company will remain based here.

London is where our team is based and has strong domain connections; it's central to our early customers in UK and US construction consulting industries.
