We're building a marketplace that connects investors who want to buy leases with real estate operators looking to sell lease contracts. The platform facilitates secure, efficient trading of these leases, which traditionally lack liquidity. Our product streamlines deal discovery, pricing, and execution for both sides.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in New York, NY now and will continue to be here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where the real estate operators and investors we target are concentrated, so it's the natural hub for our marketplace. Staying local keeps us close to customers and the market.
