We built an AI-powered front desk that automates engineering ops - intake, triage, routing, and coordination. Instead of manual Slack triage and scattered docs, Rovr understands requests, assigns owners, updates context, and posts status in Slack. It replaces internal forms and gives teams a single system of record for engineering requests, from tooling access to platform incidents to dev-infra workflows. The goal is to reduce operational drag across engineering and product teams.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in San Francisco, CA, and the company would stay based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we all live and it's the heart of engineering-driven startups. Staying here keeps us close to many early customers and partner ecosystems.
