We built Rootly, an on-call and incident management platform that integrates deeply with developer tools and communication channels. It uses AI to streamline incident response workflows, reduce noise, and help engineering teams handle incidents faster and with less confusion. Our product is tailored for modern SaaS and infrastructure teams that are already deep into distributed systems and need reliable processes to keep production stable.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and the company is based there with a distributed remote team.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we both live and it sits at the center of the engineering community and potential customers we serve. After YC, we'll keep the main office here and operate as a remote-friendly company.
