What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a patient-driven care system that uses an app to help cancer patients and their loved ones stay on track with treatment, capture detailed day-to-day health data, and get timely triage. This frees doctors from gathering routine info so they can focus on personalized care.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in San Francisco, CA; Los Gatos, CA; and remote. The company would be based in San Francisco after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our distributed team lets us tap talent in multiple locations while staying connected to Silicon Valley resources. SF is the natural hub for healthcare startups and YC.
