What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that helps startups, employees, and investors manage equity easily. Founders can track ownership, run cap table analyses, and simulate equity scenarios. Employees get aligned stock options, and investors can monitor their portfolio performance with data synced automatically to the platform.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Seoul, South Korea, and plan to keep the company based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are rooted in Seoul where our founding team and core users are, and it's where we can move fastest given our network and understanding of local startups.
