What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that uses a proprietary database and algorithms to analyze what real estate can be developed, estimate its value, and predict the likelihood it will sell. Our tool helps real estate developers find investment opportunities by identifying promising properties and quantifying risks and returns, streamlining a traditionally opaque and manual process.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in New York, NY, and intend to keep our company based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where we find and work with most of our developer customers and where the real estate market is dense and competitive. Staying here keeps us close to our users and deals.
