It provides clear insights into how equity is divided and what happens after financing rounds, helping companies stay ahead of tax filings and accounting requirements.

We live in San Francisco, CA and Pulley is based there as well.

San Francisco is where most early stage startups and investors are, so it's the natural place to build a product directly for founders and finance teams.
