What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a tool that uses large language models to review contracts automatically, highlighting the riskiest parts for legal teams so they can negotiate faster and with more consistency. It's designed to handle the tedious first-pass review lawyers normally do by hand.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Menlo Park, CA and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Menlo Park gives us proximity to strong legal technology and AI talent and keeps us close to our initial users.
