What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We make plant-based seafood using biotech to create sustainable alternatives that taste and feel like real seafood. Our product targets consumers who want to reduce their environmental impact without giving up seafood.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Potsdam, BB, Germany, and would base the company here after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are based in Potsdam because that is where our team is located and where our biotech capabilities are strongest. Staying local allows us to build efficiently with our current resources and network.
