Oda distributes its product to homebuyers and renters through partnerships with real estate companies and platforms. Real estate partners add Oda AI iFrames to their websites to showcase listed homes with AI-generated designs. Each AI iFrame is directly linked to an Oda board, allowing consumers to transition from an iFrame to Oda to further personalize the designs and create their dream home.

We built an AI agent that helps homebuyers and renters discover their interior design preferences, apply those designs to their new home, and find furniture, décor, and appliances aggregated from multiple online retailers. We distribute through real estate platforms that embed our AI design iFrames, letting users transition seamlessly from the listing to personalized designs on Oda.

We live in Los Angeles, CA, and after YC, the company will be based here with a remote-friendly approach.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Los Angeles is where the founders currently live and work. Being remote and in LA allows us access to diverse real estate partners and design talent relevant to our market.
