What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a cannabis wholesale marketplace connecting licensed brands directly with state-licensed dispensaries. Our platform handles warehousing, fast fulfillment, payments, financing, and sales & marketing services. We provide supply chain infrastructure and data analytics to help brands and retailers scale efficiently in a highly regulated industry.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York, and the company is based across those cities post-YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Cannabis markets and regulations differ widely by state, so having bases in California and New York lets us work close to both major markets and our regulatory ecosystems. Being in those hubs also keeps us near supply and customer networks.
