We built Milio to enable companies in Colombia to send and receive payments in real-time through a single API that connects to millions of bank accounts and digital wallets. Our product offers two integrations: a white-label PID payment button that lets businesses get paid directly account-to-account, and an immediate disbursement API so companies can pay out funds instantly across banks 24/7 without relying on slow ACH cycles.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Bogotá, Colombia, and the company is based here. After YC, we plan to continue operating from Bogotá.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We built Milio specifically for the Colombian market, which is fragmented and slow due to reliance on ACH payments. Being based in Bogotá allows us to work closely with local banks, businesses, and regulatory bodies to solve real pain points.
