We built an AI-driven voice and video interviewer that runs full technical interviews without human moderators. Our system listens, asks questions, interrupts smartly for clarifications, and detects cheating through multiple signals. It outputs detailed, rubric-based candidate evaluations tailored to each company's criteria. It's designed to cut down screening time and surface truly skilled engineering candidates.
