We run a leadership accelerator specifically for startup founders. We offer structured programs lasting 6 to 10 months depending on stage, focusing on the personal growth and leadership skills startup leaders need to scale their companies effectively.

We live and work in San Francisco, CA, and the company is also based there.

San Francisco is where our target users - startup founders - are clustered, and it allows us to stay close to the YC community and the broader startup ecosystem.
