What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a reasoning engine that automates manual risk and compliance reviews for banks and fintechs. Given contracts and documentation, it ingests a company's internal policies, past assessments, and syncs with external regulations to surface risks instantly and track them over time. It helps community and regional banks scale partner volume and fintechs reduce partner diligence time by 10x without adding headcount.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY and the company is based there.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where we found our early customers and built our team. It's a major fintech hub with the financial institutions we target, so it makes sense for us to stay here.
