What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an AI system that reviews 100% of customer support interactions automatically and in real time. It scores support agents' performance and compliance far faster and cheaper than manual review, which typically covers less than 5% of tickets. Our product targets consumer enterprises overwhelmed by their massive volume of support tickets needing quality assurance.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and have a remote team. After YC, the company will remain headquartered in San Francisco with ongoing remote work.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where our founders are based and where much of our technology and support customers are located. Maintaining this location lets us tap into local talent and customers while supporting flexible remote work.
