We're building an HRIS tailored for globally distributed teams that simplifies employee data management. Humaans merges a flexible data model with deep integrations and AI to cut down manual admin work and speed up onboarding. Our APIs make it easy to plug Humaans into existing systems, reducing compliance risk and improving the employee experience.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We are based in London, England and plan to keep the company headquartered there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We've chosen London because it gives us access to global clients and a strong engineering talent pool. The city supports our focus on serving distributed teams internationally while being a strong business hub in Europe.
