What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build Herald, a tool that collects and organizes user feedback across multiple channels like Intercom, Front, Email, and Slack. It helps product and customer teams understand user problems more comprehensively and prioritize them by aligning feedback to business goals. Teams can use it internally, share selectively with customers, or publish roadmaps and changelogs publicly.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Dublin, CA and remotely; the company would be based in the same area after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are based in Dublin because that is where we live and where we can easily collaborate while also supporting remote work. Being close to Silicon Valley helps us stay connected to the ecosystem.
