What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We make a plant-based dairy platform that recreates the taste, texture, and function of real milk using micelles - the microscopic structures responsible for milk's properties. Our products can replace conventional dairy in everything from cheese to creamers without compromise.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Oakland, CA, and the company is based there.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're in Oakland because it's where we built the initial technology and where both founders live and can work full-time. It's also close to the Bay Area's food tech ecosystem and potential partners.
