What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build AI-driven tools that identify proteins from parasites - like viruses, ticks, and worms - that modulate human immune systems. We then engineer these proteins as drug candidates for autoimmune diseases. Our product is both the discovery platform and engineered biologics.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and Ditto will remain based here after YC.

San Francisco offers the biotech talent and investor network we need. It's where the three of us live and have collaborated for years at top universities and labs.
