We design, develop, and manage neighborhoods that prioritize walking, biking, and transit over cars. Our communities mix housing at varied price points with retail, commercial spaces, and public open spaces. We integrate with mobility providers to replace private vehicles and create vibrant, accessible urban living.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and operate in San Francisco, CA and Tempe, AZ. After YC, we'll remain based in these cities to continue building on-ground communities.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our work requires close ties to the local urban environments where we build. San Francisco allows us to be near innovation and capital, while Tempe hosts some of our development projects. Being local helps us navigate complex real estate and community needs.
