We turn patients into researchers.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an online symptom and health tracking network specifically for patients with Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis. It lets patients log symptoms, treatments, and other health data to identify patterns and share insights. We also collaborate with researchers and organizations to advance understanding of these conditions using real patient data.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and the company is based there but operates with some remote work.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is the best place to build a health tech startup and connect with researchers and patients. Remote work lets us tap talent and users globally, which is essential for a network built around a niche patient community.
