We built an AI voice platform that handles operational calls for healthcare organizations. Our product automates high-volume, repetitive tasks like appointment confirmations and lab notifications, replacing back-office staff. It connects deeply with clinical systems to maintain HIPAA compliance and audit trails, so enterprises can trust it in regulated environments.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where we both live and work. It also puts us close to many healthcare providers and labs that are our customers and partners.
